We have been breaking language barriers since 2008.

Every subtitling, translation and voiceover requirement is unique. It needs a unique mind to take it through to fruition.

The best translations are still done by humans. However, machine-learning and AI is used to optimise human energy and focus on getting the content across.

Board of Directors

Baybel draws from the diverse influences of its 2 founders. They started off as garage bandmates and ended up becoming one of India's most well-known localization duo.

Dhiraj Talwar - Co-Founder

Dhiraj Talwar has won accolades and is recognised as an eminent business leader by two of the biggest conglomerates in India - The Tata Group and The Times Group. However, he also possesses extensive knowledge of the markets in Southeast Asia and America, where he has had the opportunities to work in extensively.

Dhiraj brings with him 20 years of rich experience spanning across industries like retail, e-commerce, shipping and localisation. Apart from his passion for setting up efficient systems and processes, he is a strategist, growth hacker, avid thinker and adept at building high-performance teams. He  accredits his alma mater IIM for his acute business acumen.

Melroy D'Mello - Co-Founder, CEO

In the past, Melroy has launched companies and efforts in the fields of blockchain, social media, music, artist management and even toyed with selling his own brand of ice-cream. The two industries that he currently works with are environmental conservation and localization.

His 22 years of work experience as writer, guitarist, product manager, and more recently, environmentalist and CEO, with companies like Channel [v], Infosys, Apple and over a hundred others have helped him find creative and effective solutions for a novel ‘human’ approach to localization.
